This workshop will be a full day event on Mon 23 Oct. It will consist first of invited talks by experts in the field, and will also accept paper submissions presenting recent developments to solve issues among those listed above.
The program could be organized into four sessions, and include a total of 7 invited speakers, 4 contributed talks, and specific slots devoted to posters and possibly demos.
